    DID YOU KNOW?

    • The absence of pain is not an indication of health?
    • Pain has a cause.  The cause of the pain can begin in the spine.
    • Every day activities can cause joint pain and dysfunction.
    • Joint pain and dysfunctions can cause decreased range of motion and function the body.  This will lead to a decrease in an active lifestyle.
    • The benefits of routine chiropractic care can help restore the joint motion and dysfunction as well as improving nerve communication, physical performance, posture, pain, and daily activities. 

    HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?

    • The answer to how often you should get adjustments will depend on why you are going to see a Chiropractor.  Are you already in pain and needing care for sudden or chronic pain, or are you doing it to prevent future problems?  The Chiropractor will discuss the treatment plan for your specific needs after the examination.
    • The Chiropractor will discuss the best treatment options, as well as the recovery plan. Some serious problems like disc issues, severe injury, chronic spine and joint pain may require that you schedule in 2-3 visits per week initially.
    • Other problems like sprains, strains and muscle spasms, though painful, may not require so many visits. The chiropractor may, therefore, ask that you come in once a week. The chiropractor will most likely recommend follow-up visits to see how your body is responding to the adjustment. If you're healing well the amount of aftercare you will require will reduce significantly.  Maintaining an aligned body is important and Maintenance Treatment will be discussed.

    WHY IS MAINTENANCE TREATMENT SO IMPORTANT?

    • The #1 question is,  “How often should I go to the Chiropractor after completing a treatment course"? If you've completed the required treatment, a chiropractor may recommend that you come in for maintenance treatments. The same applies to anyone who is taking sessions intending to prevent any future problems.
    • Your lifestyle will determine the amount of maintenance treatment you will require. Those who sit for long, lift heavy loads, or do a lot of bending may require more maintenance. You may, therefore, need to come in every two weeks for an adjustment. Do not wait for symptoms to arise because the time you are recovering can affect planned events or activities.  

    MAINTENANCE CARE PLANS

    • Maintenance Care Plans are offered and purchased for multiple items in our lives.  Either big purchases such as car or appliance maintenance.  Even gym memberships, eyelash extensions, and massages.  So, let's not forget about our body and maintaining our health.  The point of the plans is to pay a little now in order to prevent future problems and have a better lifestyle for many years to come.
    • Regular chiropractic adjustments reduce the risk of future pain or health problems and have been shown to improve your quality of life. They also help prevent relapses if you have already been treated for chronic pain or an acute injury.

    2. A written request is required to provide authorization to release medical records. You can receive the authorization request form at the front desk.  A copy or summary will be sent within 30 days of request.
    3. In order to verify your identification and validate your authorization, we require a legible copy of a valid photo I.D. (e.g., driver’s license, military I.D. or state I.D.).
    4. You may send your request in the following ways:
